Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Efficiently pick merchandise from shelves and pack items securely into boxes according to customer orders.
- Accuracy Verification: Verify items against packing slips and scan barcodes to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the packing and picking areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Shipping and Receiving: Help load outbound trucks and receive incoming shipments as needed.
- Equipment Operation: Operate handheld scanners and basic warehouse equipment safely and correctly.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
