Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify merchandise orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners.
- Load and unload trucks while adhering to strict safety and productivity standards.
- Organize inventory, maintain a clean workspace, and ensure equipment is in good working order.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for scanning and invoicing.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety (OSHA standards).
