Responsibilities
- Pack products accurately and efficiently using approved packaging materials and machinery.
- Select and gather items from the inventory based on digital customer orders.
- Label packages correctly with shipping information, barcodes, and tracking numbers.
- Inspect goods for quality assurance and damages before shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to ensure data accuracy.
Qualifications
- No previous warehouse or packing experience is required.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld devices.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25-50 lbs.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote roles.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
