Responsibilities
- Locate and retrieve merchandise from storage areas using scanners and pick lists.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials and equipment.
- Verify order accuracy and prepare items for shipment efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance.
- Operate warehouse machinery (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) as required by training.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting and picking.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if needed.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
