Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and stage incoming stock shipments.
- Select and pack products accurately according to customer orders and pick slips.
- Label, weigh, and apply shipping materials to packages.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Ensure the warehouse work area is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle checks as required.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for verifying quantities and weights.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
