What You'll Do:
As a Picker Packer, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain. Your primary duties will involve selecting products from the warehouse shelves, preparing them for shipment, and ensuring accuracy in every order.
Responsibilities:
- Select and retrieve merchandise from storage areas using scanners and handheld devices.
- Package items securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages accurately according to shipping guidelines.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure they meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with the shipping team to meet daily throughput targets.
What We're Looking For:
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
