Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise according to customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Verify product quality and check for damaged items before packing.
- Label packages correctly and ensure they are securely wrapped.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping quotas efficiently.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and weighing.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
