Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on digital pick tickets and pack them securely for shipping.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging materials meet company standards.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and report any discrepancies or missing items immediately.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate handheld scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts (training provided).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse regulations at all times.
- Organization: Keep packing stations organized and tidy to maximize efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, picking, or packing is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for long periods, and walk quickly throughout the facility.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and order integrity.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and possess a reliable method of transportation.
- Availability: Ability to work part-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
