Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure all items are correctly labeled and packaged.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, as required.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation as directed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or retail picking and packing is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable transportation and a willingness to work flexible hours.
