- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes including documentation, carrier selection, and freight tracking
- Manage inventory levels and reconcile shipping records with ERP systems
- Resolve shipment discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Negotiate rates and service agreements with freight carriers
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and international shipping protocols
- Optimize routing to reduce costs and transit times
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to align shipping schedules
Qualifications
- 3+ years in shipping coordination or logistics role
- Proficient in TMS/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of domestic/international shipping regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in high-pressure environments
- Detail-oriented with 98%+ documentation accuracy
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
