Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes including documentation, carrier selection, and customs clearance
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse operations with real-time ERP systems
- Resolve transportation delays and maintain 99% on-time delivery rate
- Collaborate with international vendors to optimize freight costs and timelines
- Generate daily shipping reports and KPI dashboards for leadership review
- Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and international trade regulations
- Train new staff on shipping protocols and logistics best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in logistics/shipping coordination within tech or manufacturing sectors
- Proficiency in TMS/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan WMS preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, L/C, and customs documentation
- Ability to manage high-volume shipments (100+ daily) with zero errors
- Excellent problem-solving skills for last-mile delivery challenges
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- OSHA Hazmat certification a major plus
- Spanish bilingual skills highly valued for vendor communications
