Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage products for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Utilize forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move materials.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas.
- Package and label items according to company standards.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Experience with forklift operation is a plus but training is available.
- Must be available to work night shifts and weekends.
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
