Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping in a remote environment.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, perform regular audits, and update digital inventory systems in real-time.
- Quality Control: Inspect packages for damage and ensure all shipping labels and documentation are correct.
- Data Entry: Maintain precise records of incoming and outgoing shipments using warehouse management software (WMS).
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on packing stations and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Customer Support: Address discrepancies in orders and communicate effectively with the fulfillment team.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or e-commerce fulfillment is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory management software or spreadsheets.
- Reliability: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to prevent shipping errors and returns.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, and lift packages (typically up to 50 lbs) during packing sessions.
