Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently load and unload merchandise using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stock against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment at all times.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipping and delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels accurately.
- Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stockroom organization.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn inventory software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols strictly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse facility.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime when required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
