Responsibilities
- Pull and prepare merchandise for shipment based on customer orders and packing slips.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks, safely and efficiently.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before picking and packing.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and productivity standards are met.
- Accurately label and package items to ensure safe delivery.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for accurate order processing and inventory management.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Reliable transportation to and from the Philadelphia facility.
