Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are organized and easily accessible.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) when required by shift schedule.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects before packing and ensure all packaging meets quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Communication: Basic computer literacy and ability to communicate effectively with team members.
