Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 15+ warehouse staff, ensuring optimal productivity and adherence to safety protocols
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Implement lean practices to reduce waste and improve operational efficiency
- Conduct regular safety audits and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure timely dock scheduling and delivery
- Utilize WMS systems for inventory tracking and reporting
- Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience with team leadership responsibilities
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory management
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights/weekends if required
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
