Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor 15+ team members to ensure productivity and safety compliance
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Conduct regular safety audits and enforce OSHA standards
- Coordinate with logistics teams for seamless transportation and storage solutions
- Utilize WMS systems to maintain accurate inventory records
- Resolve operational challenges and escalate critical issues proactively
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA 30 certification and forklift operation skills required
- Proficiency in WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory management
- Strong leadership abilities with proven team development track record
- Ability to analyze KPIs and implement data-driven improvements
- Forklift certification and experience with warehouse automation
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
