Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes
- Manage and mentor team of 20+ warehouse associates through performance coaching and training
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance across all warehouse activities
- Optimize inventory management systems to maintain 99.5% accuracy rates
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless logistics and customer order fulfillment
- Analyze operational metrics to identify efficiency improvements and cost-saving opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with team leadership responsibilities
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and warehouse automation technologies
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI reporting and process optimization
- Excellent communication abilities with proven conflict resolution experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
