As a key member of our logistics division, you'll oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure safety compliance, and mentor a team of 15+ associates. This is a perfect opportunity for experienced supervisors ready to hit the ground running and grow their career with an industry leader.
Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse associates, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control processes and implement lean warehouse practices
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe, organized work environment
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock operations and freight movement
- Generate daily/weekly reports on productivity, inventory accuracy, and operational metrics
- Implement process improvements to reduce costs and increase efficiency
- Manage warehouse technology systems (WMS, RF scanners) and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervisory experience in fast-paced distribution environment
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse management software
- Proven ability to lead teams and improve KPIs (picking accuracy, throughput)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to safety protocols
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends during peak seasons
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in logistics a plus
