Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance with company standards
- Optimize inventory control processes, including cycle counts and reconciliation
- Coordinate receiving, storage, and shipping operations to meet daily targets
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking and reporting
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with logistics team on transportation and distribution planning
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in distribution/logistics
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operation credentials
- Proficiency with WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to resolve operational issues
- Proven leadership background with team development experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends as needed
- Forklift certification and hazardous materials handling preferred
