Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates, ensuring productivity and safety standards
- Implement and optimize inventory control systems using WMS technology
- Conduct regular safety audits and enforce OSHA compliance protocols
- Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure on-time delivery of goods
- Generate performance reports and recommend process improvements
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and operator training
Qualifications
- 5+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operation skills required
- Proven ability to manage teams and meet productivity KPIs
- Advanced knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
