We are looking for a motivated individual to ensure our warehouse meets all operational and safety standards. This is a high-impact role where your leadership will directly affect productivity and safety.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.
- Manage and mentor a team of warehouse staff, providing training, scheduling, and performance feedback.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement procedures to prevent shrinkage and waste.
- Coordinate with logistics managers to optimize shipping schedules and delivery routes.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and equipment maintenance checks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse supervision or management role.
- Certified Forklift Operator (or willingness to obtain certification).
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or WMS).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
