Responsibilities
- Oversee daily receiving, storage, and distribution operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of warehouse staff, conducting performance reviews and providing training.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to reduce waste and optimize stock rotation.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records for shipping, receiving, and inventory audits.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (CPS) and ability to obtain if not currently held.
- Proven track record of leading teams and driving operational improvements.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
