Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Implement lean inventory management systems to minimize waste
- Train and manage 15+ team members using performance metrics
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance documentation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless logistics execution
- Optimize warehouse layout and equipment utilization
- Generate performance reports for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficiency in WMS (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active) and inventory software
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Experience with forklift operation and equipment maintenance
- Knowledge of DOT/FDA regulations for logistics
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
