Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates to ensure high performance and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to prevent stockouts.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and OSHA guidelines at all times.
- Optimize workflows and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs as needed.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and disciplinary actions when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field.
- Valid forklift certification and material handling equipment operation license.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as required.
