Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment to ensure on-time delivery.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor belts, as certified or trained.
- Receiving & Staging: Receive incoming shipments, inspect for damage, and stage materials for distribution.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times, adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Load & Unload: Assist in loading and unloading trucks efficiently, ensuring proper weight distribution and secure fastening.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and report any issues to the shift supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety protocols.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Equipment Certification: Forklift certification is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.
