Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Organize stock, check shipments for accuracy, and maintain inventory records.
- Packaging: Properly package and label products to ensure safe delivery to customers.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA regulations and company safety policies at all times.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment efficiently.
Qualifications
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are required.
- Communication: Basic reading and math skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
