Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory with precise slotting protocols
- Pick and pack orders for shipment with zero-error tolerance
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with team to optimize workflow during peak seasons
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
