Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Execute picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to maintain real-time inventory accuracy.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains organized, clean, and compliant with safety protocols at all times.
- Load and unload trailers and trucks while adhering to weight limits and safety guidelines.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts as required by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not always required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
