Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy for timely delivery
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in compliance with OSHA standards
- Maintain organized warehouse layout and optimize storage space
- Perform cycle counts and assist in monthly inventory audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistics challenges
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free workspace
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
