Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers, in compliance with safety regulations.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing inventory for damages, errors, and completeness.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to 5S standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and quality standards.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with barcode scanners or warehouse software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we train motivated candidates.
