Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory against shipping documents.
- Prepare and pack products for shipment using appropriate packaging materials and techniques.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and stockroom organization to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or distribution is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory tracking.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well in a team setting.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
