Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage; report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain organized inventory levels through systematic stock rotation and cycle counting
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
- Proficiency with inventory management systems or willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
