Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stock incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with precision to meet daily productivity targets
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with monthly inventory reconciliations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve fulfillment bottlenecks
- Support outbound shipping processes including labeling and documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain (training provided)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
