Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and process incoming and outgoing packages to ensure accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, hand trucks, and scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies strictly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily performance and productivity goals.
- Work in various environments, including temperature-controlled areas and loading docks.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds repeatedly and stand or walk for long periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn handheld scanning technology.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
