What You'll Do:
Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Fulfill customer orders with a focus on speed and accuracy using handheld scanners.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and powered industrial trucks (certification provided upon hire).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area to prevent accidents.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving and stocking inventory, ensuring proper organization within the warehouse.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and colleagues to meet daily performance goals and operational targets.
- Quality Control: Inspect packages for damage and ensure correct labeling before shipment.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 49 lbs repeatedly. Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and comfort using handheld scanning devices.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience: Previous warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
- Attitude: Strong commitment to safety and a positive team-oriented mindset.
