Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select and prepare customer orders for delivery using handheld scanners and conveyor systems.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are organized and accessible.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and electric riders.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets strict safety standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and colleagues to meet daily productivity goals and maintain a clean work environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: A minimum of a high school education or equivalent is required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly throughout your shift in varying temperatures.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety protocols.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using handheld devices and computer systems for order processing.
