Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials and products safely and efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and stock organization to maintain accurate records.
- Operate warehouse machinery (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) in compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety standards are met.
- Assist in the receiving and processing of incoming shipments.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory for all roles.
