Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring quality control.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Shipping & Receiving: Assist in loading and unloading trucks while adhering to safety protocols.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork and logs accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- License: Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one upon hire.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
