Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and scan items to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or errors and report discrepancies immediately.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on warehouse equipment.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available for Full-Time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Driving: Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for yard truck operation).
- Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
