Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and correctly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring proper handling of goods.
- Assist in training new hires on standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required (we provide on-the-job training).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
