Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to move inventory.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring accurate inventory counts and organized storage.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Package and label products for shipment with high precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed daily production targets.
- Perform regular quality control checks on incoming and outgoing goods.
- Assist in inventory audits and stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; a positive attitude is key.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning, logging, and using warehouse management systems.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
