Responsibilities
- Execute efficient picking, packing, and staging of customer orders to ensure 99.9% accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks utilizing appropriate equipment and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock checks and cycle counts.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack) in accordance with safety certifications.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and safe at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods during shifts.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn warehouse management software.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
