Job Overview:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for ensuring our inventory is managed efficiently, orders are packed accurately, and our facility remains a safe and organized workspace for everyone.
Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise accurately to maintain inventory levels.
- Package and prepare orders for shipping with speed and precision to meet deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform regular inventory counts and data entry using warehouse management systems.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals and quality standards.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours).
- Basic computer skills and ability to read labels and safety data sheets.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
