Your Role
You will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring products are processed, packed, and shipped with precision. We pride ourselves on a zero-tolerance policy for safety violations and a culture of teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack, and Scissor Lift) to move, locate, and retrieve merchandise.
- Efficiently pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment while maintaining accuracy and speed.
- Inspect merchandise for damage and report any discrepancies to the Inventory Control team immediately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Load and unload trucks, verifying freight against shipping documents.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred; a strong work ethic is more important than experience.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekend shifts as business demands.
- Valid Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one through our paid training program).
