Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a 99.9% accuracy rate.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners to move inventory.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS system.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanners is a plus.
- License: Valid forklift certification (if required for the specific role).
