Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile any stock discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse management software to track orders and update shipment statuses.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and KPIs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new warehouse management systems quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols and OSHA standards.
- Reliable transportation and valid government-issued ID.
