Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers and pallets using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against bills of lading.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated areas efficiently.
- Perform accurate cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace adhering to OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily throughput goals.
- Assist in packaging and labeling orders for shipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job forklift training.
- Valid driver's license (if required for driving duties).
