Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship products accurately and efficiently to meet daily order targets.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors.
- Load and unload trucks with precision, ensuring cargo safety.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform inventory checks and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve operational issues quickly.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory management and shipping labels.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
